At Chellamare, we strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Timeframe for Returns:
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please keep the return receipt safe until we have fully processed the return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards and items marked as “Sale” are non-returnable.
Refunds Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. If the refund has not been received within this period, please contact us at info@chellamare.com for assistance.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at info@chellamare.com and return the item to: Chellamare, Noordstraat 31, 5428NR Venhorst, The Netherlands.
For exchanges due to size or a different item, please place a new order and return the original item to us within 14 days of receipt. Note that any previous discounts will not carry over to the new order.
Shipping for Returns:
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt without a proof of return.
International Returns:
For returns from outside the Netherlands, we refer to our International Returns section for specific guidelines. Any question please contact our customer service team at info@chellamare.com to initiate the return process.

Approved Refunds:

Damaged Item Refunds:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Kindly provide detailed photographs of the damaged item and packaging, along with your order number, to info@chellamare.com.
Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to address the issue promptly, either by arranging a return, replacement, or issuing a refund.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items from international locations. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes incurred during the return process.
Return Packaging:
To ensure a successful return, please package the item securely, adhering to our general return conditions. This includes ensuring the item is unused, in its original condition, and packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Customs Declarations:
When shipping back a return internationally, it’s essential to accurately complete any required customs declarations or documentation. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges upon receipt of the returned item.
