Shipping and delivery

Delivery Policy

Shipping Information: We offer shipping within the Netherlands and to select international destinations. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the Netherlands. For international orders, delivery times may vary based on the destination.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of the package. Free shipping is available for orders above €50 within the Netherlands.

Delivery Partners: We work with reliable shipping partners such as Post NL and DHL to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. For international orders, we use trusted carriers such as DHL and UPS to provide efficient and secure shipping options.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

International Shipping: For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Accepted Payment Methods:

iDeal with iDeal, you can securely and directly settle the outstanding amount for your order.

Credit Card opting for payment via credit card involves selecting your preferred type of credit or debit card. You’ll then input your card number, expiration date, CID/CVC code (usually found on the back of your card), and possibly an additional password. If you return items, the refunded amount will be credited back to your credit card within six weeks.

Pay Later with Klarna offers the option to pay for your order at a later time, within a maximum period of 30 days. Klarna manages the entire pay-later process for Chellamare. You’ll receive a digital invoice from Klarna to settle the purchased product(s). Klarna conducts data checks to approve your payment request and upholds strict privacy policies, as described in its privacy statement. In case your payment request isn’t authorized, you can use an alternative payment method. For more information, visit Klarna’s consumer section on their website.

PayPal offers a secure payment method by linking your bank account or credit card. It protects your credit card details with advanced security and fraud prevention systems. Additionally, PayPal does not disclose your financial information to My Jewellery.

Bancontact for our Belgian customers, we offer this payment method, allowing you to securely and promptly settle the outstanding amount for your order.

Giropay designed for our German customers, Giropay enables you to securely and directly pay the outstanding amount for your order.

Chellamare giftcard during checkout, in the payment section, choose “Gift Card” as your payment method. Enter the unique gift card number and click on apply.

Discount codes: In your shopping cart, you’ll find the designated field marked ‘Enter discount code.’ Once you’ve entered your code, simply click ‘Apply discount.’ The discount will be automatically applied to all items in your order, excluding sale items, ongoing deals, and our Chellamare gift card. Remember, we can’t apply discounts afterward, and only one code works per order. If our items are already on special offer and you’ve got a code, keep it safe! You can use it once the current deal ends, as long as the code’s still valid. That means more chances to shop with savings!

Secure Transactions Your payment information is secure and encrypted to ensure a safe transaction process. We do not store any credit card details on our servers to maintain your privacy and security.

Payment Currency: All prices on our website are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.

Payment Confirmation: Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase and payment.

Returns and refunds

Return Policy: At Chellamare, we strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Timeframe for Returns: Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please keep the return receipt safe until we have fully processed the return.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and items marked as “Sale” are non-returnable.

Refunds Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. If the refund has not been received within this period, please contact us at info@chellamare.com for assistance.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at chellamare@hotmail.com and return the item to: Chellamare, Noordstraat 31, 5428NR Venhorst, The Netherlands.

For exchanges due to size or a different item, please place a new order and return the original item to us within 14 days of receipt. Note that any previous discounts will not carry over to the new order.

Shipping for Returns: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt without a proof of return.

International Returns: For returns from outside the Netherlands, we refer to our International Returns section for specific guidelines. Any question please contact our customer service team at info@chellamare.com to initiate the return process. 

General Refund Conditions: Eligible items for a refund must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Refund Process: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it for compliance with our return conditions. We will send you an e-mail notification acknowledging the receipt of your return and confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. Should you not receive your refund within this period, please contact us at info@chellamare.com for assistance.

Damaged Item Refunds: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Kindly provide detailed photographs of the damaged item and packaging, along with your order number, to info@chellamare.com. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to address the issue promptly, either by arranging a return, replacement, or issuing a refund.

International Refunds: For international returns, please refer to our International Returns section in our comprehensive return policy for specific guidelines and procedures.
